Corporate law and corporate governance are an area of expertise of Bredin Prat, which advises major French companies and institutions on these issues, including in the context of specific transactions. Our corporate governance practice is led by Myriam Epelbaum.
The firm regularly acts on all issues related to general meetings of shareholders and boards of directors and supervisory boards as well as their specialised committees (audit, remuneration, CSR, etc.). The firm’s expertise is recognised in all aspects of governance, including the succession of directors, the remuneration of corporate officers, the composition and organisation of the board’s work, financial communication, shareholder dialogue (particularly in an activist context), as well as CSR issues, particularly the application of the CSRD Directive.
