Anne Robert, Partner, is a member of the Tax team.
She advises on the tax aspects of transactions (mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings) and also assists clients in connection with tax audits and tax litigation.
Anne gives lectures at the business school HEC Paris.
After joining Bredin Prat, Anne was seconded to Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York from 2009 to 2010.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2008), Anne is a graduate of the business school HEC Paris (2005), the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (DESS in International Tax Law, 2005) and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (DEA in French Business and Economic Law, 2006).
