Bredin Prat advises Mundys in connection with the acquisition of up to 9.5% of Getlink’s share capital

Bredin Prat is advising Mundys, a group active in the motorway and airport concessions sector, in connection with the acquisition of up to 9.5% of the share capital of Getlink, a leader in mobility infrastructure which notably operates, through its subsidiary Eurotunnel, the Channel Tunnel.

This acquisition, which is in line with Mundys’ strategy aimed at strengthening its investments in France, confirms its commitment, initiated in 2018, to support Getlink.
