Bredin Prat advises Messer as it enters into a strategic partnership with Lhyfe

Bredin Prat is advising Messer, a global industrial, medical, electronic and specialty gases company, in connection with its acquisition of a 30% equity stake in a company comprising four of Lhyfe’s renewable hydrogen production sites in France and Germany.

Through this transaction, Messer will not only become a long-term customer, but also a reference industrial partner and an investor in Lhyfe’s assets.

Completion of the transaction is subject to lenders’ consent and is expected to take place in the coming months.
