Bredin Prat advises Les Dérivés Résiniques et Terpéniques on the sale of Action Pin

Bredin Prat is advising Les Dérivés Résiniques et Terpéniques (a subsidiary of DSM-Firmenich), a leading manufacturer of pine-based ingredients and world leader in plant chemistry, on the conclusion of a definitive agreement for the sale of Action Pin to AP Marensin, a consortium of investors comprising FeBe Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, Econa and Ouest Croissance.

The sale agreement was signed after completion of the employee information and consultation procedure, with a view to completion of the transaction taking place in early summer 2026.
