Alexander Blackburn, Partner, is a member of the Corporate Team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and international financing work. His practice also includes restructuring and insolvency-related matters.
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, he was a Partner of Slaughter and May ("Best Friends") where he practised in their Paris, London and Hong Kong offices.
He was admitted to the Paris Bar (1992) and qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1989. He is a graduate of King’s College London and the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
