    • Alexander Blackburn, Partner, is a member of the Corporate Team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and international financing work. His practice also includes restructuring and insolvency-related matters.

    • Professional career

      Prior to joining Bredin Prat, he was a Partner of Slaughter and May ("Best Friends") where he practised in their Paris, London and Hong Kong offices.

    • Academic career

      He was admitted to the Paris Bar (1992) and qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1989. He is a graduate of King’s College London and the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

      Tata Steel on the French aspects of its definitive agreements to enter into a 50/50 joint-venture with ThyssenKrupp AG

      Bunzl, leader in the B-to-B distribution of hygiene products, in connection with the sale of OPM France to SodaStream and in the acquisition of a majority stake in Hedis’s capital, a French distribution company engaged in B-to-B hygiene products
