Anne Robert, Partner, is a member of the Tax team.
She advises on the tax aspects of transactions (mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings) and also assists clients in connection with tax audits and tax litigation.
Anne is a lecturer at the business school HEC Paris and the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
After joining Bredin Prat, Anne was seconded to Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York (2009 - 2010).
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2008), Anne is a graduate of HEC Paris (2005), the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (DESS in International Tax Law, 2005) and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (DEA in French Business and Economic Law, 2006).
