Bredin Prat is advising Groupe Atlantic as it signs an agreement with a view to Paloma Rheem acquiring a majority stake in its share capital

Bredin Prat is advising Groupe Atlantic, one of the European leaders in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) sector, as it signs an agreement with a view to Paloma Rheem Holdings Co., Ltd (“Paloma Rheem”), one of the world’s leading air and water companies, acquiring a majority stake in its share capital.

As part of the planned transaction, Groupe Atlantic will keep its headquarters in France and operate as an independent company within the Paloma Rheem group. Some of Groupe Atlantic’s long-standing family shareholders will retain stakes as minority shareholders of Groupe Atlantic.

The transaction is subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals and is expected to close mid-2026.
