Adrien Soumagne, Associate, is a member of the Tax team. His practice focuses on advising on the tax aspects of transactions (mergers and acquisitions, private equity and real estate transactions).
He also assists corporate (in particular from the digital sector) and private clients in connection with tax audits and tax litigation.
In addition, Adrien has a specific expertise on the taxation of digital assets and of related activities.
He has published several articles and is teaching at HEC and at the Université of Bordeaux.
