Bredin Prat advises Theon International PLC on its contemplated acquisition of HGH Systèmes Infrarouges from Carlyle and the management team

Bredin Prat is advising Theon International PLC, a group specialised in the development and manufacture of customisable night vision and thermal imaging systems, in connection with the contemplated acquisition of HGH Systèmes Infrarouges from Carlyle, a US-based global investment company, and from the management team, for an enterprise value of approximately €300 million.

The contemplated acquisition would reinforce and broaden Theon International PLC’s product portfolio of platform electro-optics and counter-drone solutions (C-UAS).
