  • Juliette Crouzet

    • Juliette Crouzet, Associate, is a member of the firm’s Technology team. She specialises in information technology law, and advises on technology, data and intellectual property issues. She assists clients on structuring their projects involving innovative technologies (blockchain, AI, etc.) and complex data protection issues. She works on transactional matters – drafting and negotiating contracts, structuring innovative projects, advising on technology issues of M&A transactions - as well as on contentious matters – notably disputes concerning trademarks, commercial technology arrangements (software licensing and maintenance agreements, etc.) and data privacy.


    • Professional career

      Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Juliette practised for four years in the Technology/IP department of an international law firm in Paris.

    • Academic career

      Admitted to the Paris Bar (2014), Juliette is a graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master’s degree in the law of e-commerce and the digital economy, 2013) and of EDHEC Business School (LL.M. Legal and Tax, 2012).

      Juliette worked for six months at the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) in the Innovation and Foresight department.

      She has also completed the intensive Le Wagon ‘coding bootcamp’ (2018).
