  • Arthur Helfer

    • Arthur Helfer, Counsel, is a member of the Competition & EU Law team. He regularly assists French and international companies before French and European regulatory authorities and courts, with a particular focus on merger control, state aid and antitrust litigation (cartels, abuse of dominant position).

      His experience spans a wide variety of sectors, including telecommunications, transport, energy, agriculture and luxury goods.

      He also has in-depth knowledge of French Public Law and advises clients in connection with sector-specific regulations and represents clients in litigation matters before the administrative courts.

    • Professional career

      Arthur has given constitutional law and administrative law seminars at the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas and has also lectured in public law at Sciences Po.

      He also worked as a law clerk at the French Supreme Administrative Court (Conseil d’État) (2009-2010).

    • Academic career

      Admitted to the Paris Bar (2013), Arthur is a graduate of the HEC Paris business school (Degree in International Fiscal and Legal Strategy, 2012), the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense (Master’s degree in Public Law, 2009) and Sciences Po Paris (Master’s degree in Public Affairs, 2007).
