  • Pierre Honoré

    • Pierre Honoré, Partner, is a member of the Competition team and the head of the firm’s Brussels office. He regularly represents clients before the French and European courts and competition authorities, in particular in cartel, abuse of dominance and merger control investigations.

      He lectures on competition law at the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and regularly publishes articles in competition law reviews.

    • Academic career

      Admitted to the Paris Bar (2005) and New York Bar (2007), Pierre is a graduate of the University of Paris X Nanterre (Maîtrise, 2002), the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (2004), the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master’s in Law and Economic Globalization, 2004) and the University of California – Berkeley School of Law (LL.M., 2007).

      • the acquisition of Leerdammer’s activities from Bel Group
      • the acquisition of Italian group Nuova Castelli from Charterhouse Capital Partner

      Schneider Electric
      in connection with:

      • the acquisition of US software editor OSIsoft ($5 billion)
      • the acquisition of German software editor RIB Software (€1.4 billion)

      and Schneider Electric in connection with the creation of a joint venture active in smart water solutions

      Parker Hannifin in connection with the acquisition of US group Lord ($3.7 billion)
