Bredin Prat has advised Tristan Duval on the acquisition, alongside other private investors, of Stellantis’ former automotive test centre.

This transaction is part of a project to convert the historic site into a luxury hotel complex dedicated to auto sports, including restoring what was the summer residence of Louis-Philippe.
