Bredin Prat advised Bunzl on the acquisition of Comodis

Bredin Prat advised Bunzl, a specialist international distribution and services group, on the acquisition of Comodis, a company specialising in the distribution of professional cleaning and hygiene products.

The transaction, which was subject to the usual closing conditions and provisions, including the information-consultation procedure with respect to the employee representative bodies, was officially completed on 10 December 2024.
