Raphaële Courtier, Partner, joined the firm in 2007 to develop its financing practice.

She has extensive experience in banking, acquisition finance, leverage finance, capital market transactions, private placements and debt restructuring.
Professional career
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, she was a Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and previously at Watson, Farley & Williams.
Academic career
Admitted to the Paris Bar (1992), Raphaële is a graduate of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.

Casino Group in connection with the amend & extend of its main syndicated credit facility.

Financière Agache in connection with the implementation of various financing instruments (Euro PP, multi-currency syndicated facilities, bilateral credit facilities).

GreenYellow in connection with the establishement of a syndicated credit facility in a maximum amount of €142.5 million.

Mirakl in connection with the establishment of an inaugural sustainability linked syndicated revolving credit facility for a total amount of €100 million.

Monnoyeur Group in connection with the implementation of various financing instruments (initial syndicated facilities, private placements, etc.).
