Bredin Prat advises Compagnie Lebon on the refinancing of its corporate debt

Bredin Prat is advising Compagnie Lebon on the refinancing of its corporate debt to support the development of its business.

The new financing will mature in July 2030 and includes the following facilities: a €20 million term loan facility to partially refinance Compagnie Lebon’s existing senior term loan facility, and a revolving credit facility of up to €70 million to finance or refinance all or part of the group’s future investments.

The new financing is provided by a banking syndicate comprising Banque Palatine as mandated lead arranger, coordinator, facility agent, security agent and original lender, and Banque Populaire Rives de Paris, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel de Paris et d’Ile de France, Crédit Lyonnais, BNP Paribas and Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels as arrangers and original lenders.
