RGPD et Règlement européen sur l’intelligence artificielle : quelle conciliation?

Juliette Crouzet spoke at the round-table discussion entitled “RGPD et Règlement européen sur l’intelligence artificielle : quelle conciliation?” (GDPR and the EU AI Act: how can they be reconciled?. She spoke alongside Claire Strugala, auxillary judge of the Court of Cassation, Alexandre Lallet, Director of AI and public services at Docaposte, as well as Michel Combot, Director of Technology, Innovation and AI at the CNIL.

The discussion was moderated by Claude Castelluccia, member of the CNIL and Director of Research at Inria Grenoble (National Institute for Research in Digital Science and Technology).

The speakers discussed the tensions and synergies between these two key regulations in the digital era, as well as the practical aspects of their implementation. More
