Bredin Prat advises the Eramet Group in connection with the sale of Aubert & Duval

Bredin Prat is advising the mining and metals group Eramet in connection with the sale of its subsidiary Aubert & Duval to a consortium consisting of Airbus, Safran and Tikehau Capital.

Aubert & Duval is a strategic supplier of critical parts and materials to high-precision customers, such as the aerospace, defence, nuclear and medical industries. The Company generates annual revenues of around €550 million and employs 3,700 people, most of whom are based in France. Its cutting-edge know-how in specialty steels and superalloys, and its more recently acquired expertise in titanium are crucial to industries requiring high-performance parts and materials in terms of heat resistance, hardness, fatigue resistance, anti-corrosion and bio-compatibility.
