Bredin Prat advises Technicolor Creative Studios in connection with the simplified public tender offer for its shares

Bredin Prat is advising Technicolor Creative Studios in connection with the simplified public tender offer for its shares launched by its main shareholders and creditors acting in concert (the “Concert”).

The members of the Concert, holding more than 90% of the Company’s share capital and voting rights, have announced their intention to file a request with the French Financial Markets Authority, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, for implementation of a squeeze-out procedure.

A tender offer agreement with respect to the proposed offer has been entered into between the Company and the offerors. In addition, the offer has been welcomed favorably by the Company’s board of directors, pending the conclusions of the independent expert.
