Bredin Prat is advising SHADOW, a cloud platform for businesses, gamers and creatives, in connection with a business partnership between Octave Klaba, chairman and majority shareholder of SHADOW, and the Caisse des Dépôts Group (Banque des Territoires), with a view to creating Synfonium, a platform that aims to offer consumers and businesses a seamless access to best-in-class European cloud-based collaboration services, including remote computing, cloud storage, search engine, videoconferencing and other applications.

As part of this project, exclusive negotiations have started with the shareholders of Qwant, including a cornerstone shareholder Caisse des Dépôts, for the acquisition of 100% of Quant’s share capital.
