Bredin Prat advises Covéa on its investment in the Groupe ADIT

Bredin Prat is advising Covéa on its investment in the Groupe ADIT, a European leader in strategic intelligence and international operational support for businesses and governments. This investment is being made alongside all existing investors and several other new investors, namely a consortium UI Investissement – MACSF, the Fonds Stratégique de Participations (FSP), several family offices affiliated with the Louis-Dreyfus family, as well as the Weinberger Capital Partners fund specializing in the defense and security sector (Eiréné).
