Bredin Prat is advising Ateliers de France and its shareholders in connection with the Company’s buyout by its founders and 150 managers and employees, joined by the public investment bank Bpifrance and a US investor.

Ateliers de France is an international group specialised in the restoration of historic buildings (such as Notre-Dame in Paris and the Château de Versailles) and luxury properties, including prestigious hotels (such as The Peninsula and the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris) and exceptional private residences. The Ateliers de France group, which has more than 2,300 employees, is expected to generate turnover of around €550 million in 2023.
