Kevin Guillou, Counsel, is a member of the Tax team.
His practice includes advising on the tax aspects of transactions, particularly in the context of private equity and M&A transactions.
He also advises private individuals, especially company directors, on their personal tax situations.
He was seconded to the Irish law firm Matheson LLP in Dublin in 2025.
Prior to joining Bredin Prat in 2021, he was with a law firm specialised in tax law for four years.
He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2017 and is a graduate of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Master’s Degree in Tax Law, 2016).
