Bredin Prat advises BNF Capital in connection with the acquisition by Alexandre Yazdi of a majority stake in DC Company

Bredin Prat is assisting BNF Capital in connection with the acquisition by tech entrepreneur Alexandre Yazdi of a majority stake in DC Company, the group which owns digital media outlets Konbini and Le Gorafi.

The transaction aims to support a new development phase for DC Company, notably by reinforcing its investment capacities.
