Bredin Prat advised the SeLoger Group (through Digital Classifieds France) on its acquisition, from Additi, of the entire share capital of Additi Multimédia, the company which operates the real estate platforms OuestFrance-Immo and BellesPierres.

The transaction will enable the SeLoger Group to increase its visibility in the Grand Ouest region of France and strengthen its position in the regional real estate market through OuestFrance-Immo’s audience and local expertise.
