Bredin Prat advises the Maisons du Monde Group in connection with the restructuring of its debt

Bredin Prat is advising the Maisons du Monde Group in connection with the signing of a conciliation agreement with a consortium of new investors consisting of Alteri Investors and Eicos Investment Group, and the Maison du Monde Group’s banks, with a view to the restructuring of its debt.

The transaction would allow the Maisons du Monde Group to pursue its activities by bolstering its equity and significantly reducing its debt, as well as enabling it to benefit from a restored financial structure.

Completion of the transaction would be expected to take place during this summer 2026.
