Bredin Prat advises LVMH in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Éditions Croque Futur

Bredin Prat is advising LVMH in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares of French publishing house Éditions Croque Futur, thus integrating into its group, three leading publications: Challenges, Sciences & Avenir, and La Recherche.

This transaction follows on from the group’s previous investment in Editions Croque Futur alongside its founder Claude Perdriel.
