Bredin Prat advises Worldline in connection with the strategic divestment of its Mobility and e-Transactional Services business line and part of its Financial Services activities to Magellan Partners

Bredin Prat is advising Worldline, a global leader in payment services, in connection with the negotiation and the entering into of exclusive negotiations with Magellan Partners, a French and European player in Organization and Technology Consulting, specialised in Augmented Transformation. The contemplated transaction involves the strategic divestment of Worldline’s Mobility & e-Transactional Services business line, and part of its Financial Services activities, representing a turnover of approximately €450 million in 2024.

The signing of a final and definitive agreement between the parties will take place within the context of the applicable employee consultation processes and an ongoing dialogue with the employee representatives. Completion of the transaction is subject to other conditions precedent, as well as approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.
