In any electoral process, whether political, civil or professional, the list of eligible individuals who may vote must be defined beforehand. In a company, this task falls primarily to the employer, in accordance with the guiding principles of the French Labor Code, the French Electoral Code and case law, and under the constant scrutiny of the trade unions and the employees.
