This 18th edition of the Guide, with a foreword by Marie-Anne Barbat-Layani, Chair of the French Financial Markets Authority (the AMF), is divided into four parts:
- “Objectives and Parties Involved” describes issuers’ financial and non-financial communication interactions with their ecosystem, in particular market authorities and various players in the financial community;
- “General Principles” sets out a reminder of the principles governing an issuer’s financial and non-financial communication policy;
- “Regulatory Framework and Associated Practices” provides a practical overview of the communication events and situations that punctuate the life of a listed company;
- “Investor Relations Practices on a Daily Basis” describes the day-to-day IR activities beyond the regulatory context.
