Bredin Prat advises Warehouses De Pauw in connection with its planned cross-border merger with Argan

Bredin Prat is advising Warehouses De Pauw (WDP), a Belgian company specialised in logistics real estate listed on Euronext Brussels, in connection with its planned cross-border merger with Argan, a French real estate investment company listed on Euronext Paris and which is the leading logistics real estate company in France, and whereby Argan would be merged into WDP.

The merger is part of WDP’s long-term European growth strategy and would bring together two highly complementary logistics real estate platforms and create a leading core European logistics real estate portfolio spanning eight countries.

Completion of the transaction, expected to take place in Q1 2027, remains subject to approval by the shareholders of both companies and is subject to the conditions precedent stipulated in the common draft terms of merger.
