Bredin Prat advises Téthys Invest as member of a consortium including new long-term investors in Galileo Global Education

Galileo Global Education (Galileo), a leading international provider of higher education and Europe’s largest higher education group, announced on 6 March 2020 that its majority shareholder, Providence Equity Partners, had entered into exclusive negotiations, for the sale of its stake in Galileo to a consortium of long-term investors, including Téthys Invest, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), Montagu and Bpifrance.
