Bredin Prat advises Sapmer in connection with its debt restructuring and share capital increase

Bredin Prat has advised Sapmer SA in connection with the restructuring of its debt and its €20 million reserved share capital increase.

The first tranche of Sapmer SA’s share capital increase of approximately €15 million was completed on 22 April 2024. The second tranche, in an amount of €5 million, should be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2024.

Sapmer, which was founded in 1947 and is based in Réunion Island, is the pioneer shipowner in the deep-sea fishing industry operating in the waters of the French Southern and Antarctic Territories (TAAF). Sapmer’s shares are listed on Euronext Growth Paris.
