Bredin Prat advises Cegid in connection with the acquisition of Dhatim

Bredin Prat is advising Cegid, a company specialised in business management solutions for CPAs, and Tax, Payroll and HR professionals, as well as ERP and Retail solutions, in connection with its acquisition of Dhatim.

Dhatim, which was founded in 2008, is a French independent software vendor specialising in software for automation of tedious manual tasks using artificial intelligence (AI), optical character recognition (OCR) and Machine Learning (ML).
