Benoît Delort, Associate, is a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency team.
His practice focuses both on bankruptcy proceedings, pre-insolvency matters (financial restructurings, disposals of under-performing businesses, etc.) and on insolvency proceedings, particularly the judicial aspects and related litigations.
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Benoît practiced at Aramis for two years and at Dentons AARPI for more than three years.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2017), Benoît is a graduate of the University Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne (Master’s degree in Corporate distress law) and of the University of Montpellier (Master’s degree DJCE).
