Amaury de Galbert, Counsel, is a member of the Tax team.
He advises corporate clients on the tax aspects of transactions, whether domestic or cross-border (M&A, private equity and corporate restructurings), as well as in relation to tax audits and tax litigation.
He also assists private individuals on certain operations relating to wealth management.
He was seconded to the UK law firm Slaughter and May in London in 2024/2025.
He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2019 and is a graduate of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master’s Degree in Business Law and Tax, 2016) and of the business school HEC Paris (Master’s Degree in Management, majoring in Legal and International Tax Strategy, 2016).
