Séminaire au tour du 28ème régime

We were delighted to host a seminar organised by the French think-tank “Association Europe-Finances-Régulations” (AEFR) focusing on the proposal presented by the European Commission on 18 March for a regulation relating to the creation of the EU Inc. corporate legal framework that could concern all businesses, including innovative companies.

At the seminar, Didier Martin, Senior Partner, spoke alongside Alain Clot, Martin Guesdon, Sandrine Ménard, Christian Noyer, René Repasi and Andreas Tarde in a panel discussion about the conditions for the success of this framework, involving essential key issues: a single harmonised set of EU-wide rules, simplified formalities, and greater clarity for investors.
