Bredin Prat advises Unilever before the French Competition Authority in the so-called “Bisphenol A” case

Bredin Prat advised Unilever in connection with the case opened by the French Competition Authority on a cartel intended to encourage manufacturers not to compete on the presence, or absence, of Bisphenol A in their food containers and to coordinate the communication aimed at consumers on this issue.
