Bredin Prat advises Signal Ocean Ltd on the acquisition of AXSMarine from Barry Rogliano Salles

Bredin Prat advised, alongside Kerameus Partners (Athens), Signal Ocean Ltd, a company specialising in technologies applied to the shipping industry, on the acquisition of AXSMarine, a global provider of SaaS software solutions for the shipping sector, from shipbroking group Barry Rogliano Salles (BRS).

Barry Rogliano Salles (BRS) has also invested in Signal Ocean Ltd.

This transaction is part of Signal Ocean Ltd’s objective to advancing in technology, innovation and collaboration within the global maritime ecosystem.
