Bredin Prat advises Natixis and banking syndicate in connection with €750 million financing package for the Vivescia Group

Bredin Prat has advised Natixis and the banking syndicate led by Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, in connection with a €750 million financing package, extendible to €900 million, for the grain cooperative group Vivescia, of which it is one of the banking partners.

This new five-year financing package includes ESG criteria related to climate change and sustainable agriculture.
