Bredin Prat advises Viola Crédit on the increase of Defacto’s securitization fund

Bredin Prat is advising Viola Crédit, a global credit asset management company and acting as a lender, alongside Citi, on the €300 million increase by Defacto, a French fintech company offering financing to SMEs, of its securitization fund.

This transaction will allow Defacto to continue its growth with an annual financing capacity of up to €1.8 billion.
