Bredin Prat advises Alain Milgrom, the founder of Solo Group, as the company enters into exclusive negotiations with Platinum Equity

Bredin Prat is advising Alain Milgrom, the founder and majority shareholder of Solo Group, which specialises in customisable corporate clothing and accessories on the B2B market, as it enters into exclusive negotiations with the US investment firm, Platinum Equity, in respect of the acquisition by the latter of 100% of its shares.

The transaction remains subject to completing the procedures for informing and consulting the relevant employee representative bodies, as well as meeting customary closing conditions, including obtaining regulatory approvals.
The transaction is expected to take place in Q3 of 2025.
