Olivier Saba, Partner, heads the Capital Markets team.
He advises corporate clients in connection with IPOs, spin-offs, share offerings and bond issues on French and international markets.
His practice also includes mergers and acquisitions work and he advises listed companies on securities law matters.
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, he was with Shearman & Sterling for six years in New York, San Francisco and London.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2005) and to the New York Bar (1995), Olivier is a graduate of the ESSEC business school, the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Maîtrise in business law) and Harvard Law School (LL.M., 1994).
