Admitted to the Paris Bar (1999), Florian is a graduate of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Maîtrise in business law, 1995; DESS in business law and tax; DJCE, 1996) and the business school ESCP (Mastère spécialisé in law and International business management, 1997).
