In a decision dated November 3, 2025, the Competition Authority has imposed sanctions on the Parfait Group, which operates in the food retail sector in Martinique, for failing to fulfill three of the commitments it had made under Decision No. 22-DCC-254, which authorized it, subject to certain conditions, to take control of the Géant Casino La Batelière hypermarket and the company H Immobilier.
