Bredin Prat assists Potel & Chabot in connection with Accor’s acquisition of majority stake currently owned by Andera Partners and partner investors

The Accor Group, Andera Partners and partner investors announced on 25 July 2023 that they had entered into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition by Accor of the 63% stake in Potel & Chabot’s share capital that it does not already own.

Upon completion of this transaction, Accor will become the sole shareholder of Potel & Chabot which will be integrated into the Accor Group’s Luxury & Lifestyle Division.

The proposed transaction is subject to the customary regulatory approvals. Closing is expected to take place in the autumn of 2023.
