Bredin Prat advises Vega as regards tax matters in connection with its acquisition of the whole of the stake owned by Emirates Telecommunications Group Company PJSC (“e&”) in Vodafone Group Plc

Bredin Prat is advising Vega, an acquisition vehicle wholly owned by the Niel family group, on tax matters in connection with the acquisition of the whole of the stake owned by Emirates Telecommunications Group Company PJSC (“e&”), representing around 16.2% of the issued share capital, for a total amount of approximately €5.1 billion.

The transaction remains subject to regulatory clearance and completion could take place before the end of the year.
