Bredin Prat advises KKR, the principal shareholder of APRIL Group, in connection with the contemplated combination of APRIL and DLPK

Bredin Prat is advising the global investment firm KKR, the principal shareholder of APRIL Group, in connection with a contemplated strategic partnership between DLPK and APRIL. The combination would make APRIL and DLPK a leading player in the French savings and investment products market.

The DLPK Group, a reference in the fields of savings and asset management, deploys its expertise in the distribution of multi-channel wealth management solutions, the design and management of savings and investment products (life insurance and employee savings schemes) and innovative financial solutions.

The contemplated transaction is in line with the growth strategy of APRIL Group, the leading wholesale insurance broker in France.

The transaction, which is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024, remains subject to the consultation process with the employee representative bodies and subject to obtaining the applicable regulatory approvals.
