Bredin Prat advises BWGI on the acquisition of a c. 6% stake in Elis

Bredin Prat is advising BW Gestão de Investimentos Ltda (BWGI), a subsidiary of Brasil Warrant Administração de Bens e Empresas S.A., in connection with the acquisition, from Crédit Agricole Assurances, of around 6% of the share capital of Elis, the European leader and the second largest global player in the rental and maintenance of textile, hygiene and well-being products.

In the context of this transaction, BWGI entered into an investment agreement with Elis organising their rights and obligations in the governance and share capital of Elis.

Completion of the transaction took place on 11 October 2023.
